Mr. Prohidney graduated Summa Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Albany in 2001, earning a B.S. degree in Business Administration. His J.D. was conferred with high honors by Florida State University in 2004, where he received the American Jurisprudence Book Awards (highest grade in class) in Land Transfer, Employment Discrimination, Corporate and Political Process, and Health Law.
Mr. Prohidney was also inducted into the Florida State University College of Law’s Chapter of The Order of the Coif.
